How you agree
You agree to receive texts by ticking the consent checkbox on the request form or by agreeing in another way. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of submitting a request or of obtaining any product.
Frequency and charges
How many messages you get depends on your request. Your mobile plan's message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages
Texting STOP in reply to any message ends them. You will receive one confirmation. To opt back in, reply START or ask us.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
